Your Harvest journey

Admissions

Choosing a school is an important decision. We want the process to feel personal, welcoming, and clear from your first visit to your child's first day.

Schedule a Tour

Is Harvest right for your family?

We invite families to experience our classrooms, meet our teachers, and learn what makes Harvest a special place to grow.

We welcome students from Pre-K3 through 12th grade. Our admissions process gives your family and our administration time to get to know one another. You will have opportunities to ask questions, understand expectations, and determine whether our academic and Biblical approach is a good fit for your child.

Simple and personal

Five steps to enrollment

Our school office will guide you through each step.

01

Call and schedule a tour

Begin by calling our school to schedule a tour of the campus. When school is in session, your visit may include observing a class and meeting a teacher.

Call (541) 773-6974

02

Receive an application packet

After your tour, you will receive an application and registration packet. Take it home, review the information carefully, and complete the forms.

03

Meet with our administration

We will schedule an interview for all new applicants. This is a chance for us to get to know your family, for you to ask questions, and for everyone to decide whether Harvest is the right fit.

Students entering elementary, middle, and high school will also complete an evaluation.

04

Submit forms and fees

Return all required enrollment forms and fees to the school office. Our staff will help you confirm that the enrollment packet is complete.

05

Begin the adjustment period

New students are accepted on a trial basis. After a 90-day probationary period, the student’s progress and placement will be evaluated.
